Building Regs Calculations and Design Package

Once planning permission has been granted, the next stage is Building Control. ATCO Studio offers Building Regulations services which include structure and detailed drawings that are required to pass the building regulations. A full set of Building Regulation drawings will include proposed plans, elevations, cross-sections, details, full specification detailing construction methods, workmanship standards, and quality of materials. We also offer the service of liaising with the Building Control officer, considering the requirements and help with mitigation of the non-compliances to issue the final certificate.
